Peer Review Information System Manager (PRISM)

Important Information

WSCPA has transitioned to the Peer Review Information System Manager (PRISM), a Web-based system for administering and tracking peer reviews. You will notice a number of improvements that allow for more efficient and effective peer review administration while maintaining the high level of customer service you expect from WSCPA.

Significant Changes

• Some Peer Review letters and correspondence are now sent by e-mail.
• Scheduling and review team information will be submitted online via a web form. The Information Required for Scheduling Reviews packet will not be mailed.
• More changes are coming, so check back for updates.

Transition Information

• If your firm has special circumstances that require immediate attention, please contact the peer review team.

Peer Review Emails - Make sure you continue to receive peer review letters and notices from WSCPA:

• Update the e-mail address for your firm's managing partner and peer review contact person by calling or e-mailing the Peer Review Team (please include your firm name and AICPA firm number in e-mails).
• Add “WA@prcpa.org“ and “peerreview@wscpa.org” to your e-mail safe senders list to ensure you continue to receive peer review information.
• Keep in mind that confidential peer review information may be sent to the e-mail address you provide. 
• Prefer not to receive e-mails? You can continue to receive hard-copy correspondence - Please call me directly to let me know that is your preference. Note that hard-copy correspondence may delay the processing of your peer review information.
