Join the WSCPA on January 22 for a reception in honor of Rick Sweeney as he retires. Rick has served the CPA profession in Washington as an educator for decades and as Executive Director of the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Enjoy refreshments, wine and beer while wishing Rick well on his next adventure.
The event will be held January 22 at the
Bellevue Sheraton from 4:30-6:30 PM and
registration is required.
The reception was previously advertised as being held at the WSCPA, but due to high demand it has been moved to the Bellevue Sheraton.
"Although this leg of my life’s journey will end, I look forward to exploring new horizons forever reflecting on the opportunities and privileges that my licensed status has provided me and my family. Little did I ever dream that this renegade from Idaho would have had the opportunity to serve the public as a member of the CPA profession let alone represent two state governors as Executive Director of this state’s Board of Accountancy."
