In addition to passing the Uniform CPA Exam, CPA candidates must pass the AICPA Professional Ethics Exam, which is administered as an online self-study course.*

*Please note that the following state boards have their own ethics exam and do not accept this course for their licensing/certification requirements: CA, FL, NC, PA, and TX. We recommend that you check with your State Board of Accountancy for its specific Ethics exam/course requirements.
