    After a flurried season of political commercials, yard signs, and get-out-the-vote efforts, you can almost hear the nation breathing a sigh of relief and taking a deep breath in preparation for the 2020 elections. It can be difficult to muster enthusiasm for midterm elections. This year, however, voter turnout for the midterms was the highest it has ever been in 104 years according to the US Election Project.
