Objectives
Identify basic accounting concepts and procedures. Recognize basic financial statements, their purpose and components, and how real estate items are accounted for. Recognize the methods of computing interest, basis points, discounting, APR, depreciation, stipulated amount payments, mortgage payoffs, add-on interest, and income capitalization. Calculate area measurement, volume measurement, and front foot calculations.
