Carmen Landrau

Dr. Carmen W. Landrau, MD, is a distinguished cardiologist, professional speaker, and advocate for heart health based in Houston, TX. Originally from Puerto Rico and a native Spanish speaker, Dr. Landrau earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ponce Health Sciences University School of Medicine. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency and her Cardiology Fellowship at The University of Texas McGovern Medical School in Houston, TX, and holds a certification in Leadership and Management from Duke University.

As a solo cardiologist, Dr. Landrau specializes in educating communities on heart disease prevention, with a particular focus on women’s cardiovascular health. She is an active Professional Member of the American Heart Association and an advisor to the National Hispanic and Latino Cardiovascular Collaborative (NHLCC). Her expertise and passion for heart health have made her a sought-after keynote speaker, including her recurring role at the annual “Latinas Go Red Houston Vestido Rojo” conference.

Jamie Moraga is the CEO of Franklin Revere and the author of REVERED: The Power of Female Leadership. With two decades of leadership in the military and defense sector and experience founding, growing, and selling a woman-owned small business, Jamie helps women-owned, women-led, and female-founded businesses navigate growth with clarity and confidence, while also consulting with small businesses and investors across the San Diego military and defense ecosystem.

Kimberly Scott

Kimberly Scott, CAE, brings over two decades of dedicated leadership to her role of President & CEO of the WSCPA, a position she has held since 2017. Her commitment to advancing the CPA profession is evident in her extensive advocacy work at both state and national levels.

Since joining the WSCPA in 2000, she has served in various senior leadership roles throughout the organization. From 2009 to 2022, she also served as Executive Director of the Washington CPA Foundation. In the role of WSCPA’s Vice President of Government and Member Relations, Kimberly spearheaded the organization’s advocacy efforts, successfully driving the drafting and passage of multiple bills through the Washington State legislature, including a bill that secured $3.3 million for the Washington CPA Foundation. The Foundation now provides over $500,000 in accounting scholarships annually.

Beyond her role at WSCPA, Kimberly is involved in shaping the future of the accounting profession. She recently served on the AICPA National Pipeline Advisory Group and the AICPA Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee.

A Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential holder, Kimberly is passionate about continuous learning. She has graduated from programs with Heroic Speaking, Leadership Eastside, and earned her certificate for DEI in the Workplace from the University of South Florida.

She has volunteered her time and expertise on various boards, including recently serving on the Washington Society for Association Excellence (WSAE) DEI Task Force, the Homeward Pet Board of Directors, and the Human Services Commission for her city.

She previously served on the Aprio Board of Directors and led the firm’s Government Contracting segment. Throughout her career, Lexy has helped clients balance the challenges and opportunities inherent to operating successfully and mentored young professionals to create a positive impact in the profession. Kristin Meier is a partner and Chair of the Litigation and Healthcare Groups at Ryan Swanson. She represents clients across a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology, with a focus on complex litigation, regulatory enforcement defense, and employment matters. Kristin regularly advises investment professionals, insurance companies, and healthcare organizations on navigating regulatory challenges, investigations, and business risks.

Known for her collaborative approach and strong client communication, Kristin works closely with organizations to anticipate legal issues and develop practical, forward-looking solutions. She also counsels clients on employment practices, corporate liability, and strategic business decisions.
