Pierce County Community Development Corporation Board

The PCCDC Board is made up of eight members of the community who volunteer their time and efforts. Each member represents a professional discipline, including banking, accounting, law, construction, commercial development and real estate. The PCCDC Board is a decision-making body that approves business and housing loans, policies and procedures and other financial transactions related to the PCCDC.

The CDC Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. All meetings are open to the public and are held online via zoom and onsite at the Pierce County Human Services, Soundview Building at 3602 Pacific Ave, Tacoma, WA 98418.
