Martha Lindley, Partner, Lindley & Associates LLC

Martha Lindley, CPA, founded Lindley and Company LLC in 2010. She has a well grounded accounting background, including the private sector, the Washington State Auditor’s Office and large CPA firms. She was an instructor for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants teaching government and not-for-profit accounting and auditing standards, as well as other governmental topics, for eight years. Following an interest, she began taking psychology classes at the University of Washington, receiving a Bachelors in Arts, Psychology - Clinical. While there are many disciplines of psychology, her interest concentrates in cognitive and behavioral psychology. To obtain training in this field (while a full-time CPA), she was a trained volunteer at the Crisis Clinic 24-line, serving five hours a week for two years in emergency crisis intervention. She is an Adjunct professor at the University of Washington.
