This is where it starts. Before we talk about career strategy or professional presence, we build the foundation — understanding what you're actually wired for and how to use it. Using CliftonStrengths as our framework, this half-day in-person session is part self-discovery, part peer connection, and part practice. You'll leave knowing more about how you show up, who else is in this cohort, and what this year is going to feel like. Community norms, accountability buddies, and how the cohort works all get established here.
