Overview

If you’ve found yourself suddenly responsible for HR, recruiting, technology, or operations alongside your accounting function — you’re not alone, and you’re not doing it wrong. Industry CPAs are increasingly being asked to lead well beyond the numbers, often without a roadmap or a peer who’s navigated the same terrain. This session is designed to fill that gap. Bring the hat you didn’t expect to be wearing (whether it’s people operations, systems implementation, or something your job description doesn’t quite capture) and connect with peers who are figuring out the same thing. The goal isn’t to make you an expert in everything. It’s to make sure you’re not solving these problems alone.
