Overview

The most effective industry CPAs aren’t just technically sharp — they’re known for something. They communicate with clarity, build credibility across the organization, and show up with a professional presence that opens doors before they knock. This session uses CliftonStrengths as the foundation for a more intentional approach to how you communicate, how you’re perceived, and how you position yourself within your organization and beyond it. Whether you’re establishing yourself in a new role or recalibrating your presence at a senior level, understanding your natural strengths is where that work begins. Come ready to do it — and to hear how your peers are navigating the same questions. In person event with lunch included.
