Overview

Industry CPAs are increasingly being asked to present to boards, leadership teams, and executive stakeholders — audiences who make decisions fast, tolerate ambiguity poorly, and have little patience for presentations built for the preparer rather than the decision-maker. This session is about closing the gap between the quality of your analysis and the impact it has in the room. We’ll cover how to structure an executive narrative, how to lead with insight rather than data, how to handle the question you didn’t anticipate, and how to command a room at the level your role demands. In-person format by design — because this is a skill that requires practice in front of people you trust. In Person Event with Lunch Included.
