Industry Cohort: High-Stakes Work, Finite Capacity WEBCAST
1.0 Credits
Member Price $79.00
Overview
Industry accounting doesn’t have an off-season — it has cycles, and those cycles compound. Close, audit, board prep, system implementations, and organizational change don’t pause for each other, and the professionals asked to manage through all of it are expected to deliver without showing the strain. This session addresses capacity not as a time management problem but as a strategic one: how to triage effectively when everything is urgent, how to protect your team’s bandwidth without losing organizational credibility, how to communicate constraints to leadership before they become crises, and how to build sustainable practices in an environment that rarely rewards saying no. Peer discussion is where this session does its best work — because the tradeoffs look different at every experience level, and hearing how others navigate them is half the value.
